What days are you open?
You can place your orders 24:7. We generally dispatch the next working day from order but we do not dispatch on weekends.
How much will it cost to deliver my sweets?
We offer free postage for orders over £35 to mainland UK which will leave us the next working day in most cases.
For orders under £35 there is a flat charge of £2.99. This service is provided by Royal Mail on a 2nd class service.
We do offer an upgrade if you need your sweets in a hurry which is either a Royal Mail 1st Class for just £4.99 or a 24 hour tracked service with FedEx for £5.99, up to and inclusive of 30kg in weight. All orders are dispatched the next working day so if you are requiring a next day delivery from day of order please contact us on 01709 789449 to ensure this is possible.
What are your delivery options?
We use a combination of Royal Mail and FedEx couriers with either standard or express deliveries. You can select your preferred service on checkout.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
This is dependent on the postal service used.
Can I track my item?
If you have provided us with your telephone number and/or email address, FedEx will keep you fully updated with your delivery day and expected window. You can use their service via the email or text you receive to amend your delivery window if it is not convenient.
I work, can you leave it in a safe place?
Should you choose to accept responsibility for loss or theft of your product we can ask our courier to leave in a designated place at the delivery address specified.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we are more than happy to use the BFPO network for parcels up to 2kg, and please select this as your option at checkout.
What happens if the product isn’t ok?
We take our customers comments really seriously, so if you have a damaged or faulty product we will refund it if you tell us within 7 days of order. If you have ordered the wrong product in error or just don’t like it, we cannot accept returns for food and safety regulations, sorry!
I need to send some sweets back, what do I do?
Please contact us first with your order number and a brief explanation. We will then issue you with a returns number and instructions to follow.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We will email you upon safe receipt of your return.
You have sent me the wrong item, what now?
I’m sure this will never happen – but if you do have any concerns with your order, please email us.

Please email us with your order number and the item details and we will come straight back to you with your options.
